Whether you’re an experienced professional, a recent college graduate or somewhere in between, IDEX is a place where you can apply your existing skills and learn new ones in an environment where you can make an impact.With interesting opportunities in engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, operations, HR, finance, and more across more than 40 diverse businesses around the globe, chances are, we have something special for you.Provide engineering support to the Commercial teamCommunicate and discuss complete specifications with Engineering and Manufacturing departmentsUnderstand key customers’ products and servicesCoordinate with Commercial and Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurationsPrepare quote packages including drawings, cost estimates, and other required documentationStay informed of supplier pricing, products, and servicesDrive the correct IDEX initiative of 80/20 qualification of opportunities as appropriateRespond to customers and co-workers in a timely and professional mannerParticipate actively in all customer support programs including development projectsComply with health and safety policies and proceduresSupport company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actionsOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate company and product values to prospective customers via presentations, meetings, and communicationsResearch, document, and report industry trends, purchasing history, and buying patterns related to assigned accountsMaintain accurate and timely activity reportsParticipate in meetings, sales events, and training programsThis position requires compliance with EU and/or UK regulations.
