Venn Group are working with an established and highly regarded hotel group to recruit a Cost Controller for their on-site finance team.Location: LondonWorking Pattern: OnsiteSalary: £35,000 - £42,000Contract Type: PermanentThis is a specialist hospitality finance role, focused on Food and Beverage cost control, stock management, financial reporting, and operational finance support within a hotel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage FandB cost control, stock usage, and variance analysisProduce daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reportsOversee stock takes, reconciliations, and inventory controlsMaintain accurate reporting through Adaco, Infrasys, Echo, and SUN systemsSupport Accounts Payable, month-end processes, and PandL analysisAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlsProvide commercial insight and reporting to senior stakeholdersKey RequirementsPrevious hotel or hospitality finance experience (essential)Experience in a Cost Controller or Finance Operations roleStrong knowledge of Adaco, Infrasys, and SUN systemsAccounts Payable experienceStrong Excel and reporting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementACCA/CIMA studying or part-qualified (desirable)This opportunity would suit a hands-on finance professional with strong hotel FandB experience and a keen eye for cost control, operational performance, and financial analysis. ..... full job details .....
