This is a highly commercial role, working closely with operational and programme teams to ensure costs are controlled, risks are managed, and performance stays on track.     What You''ll Be Doing:     Managing project budgets vs actuals  Delivering detailed cost and variance analysis  Partnering with operations, programme, and commercial teams  Monitoring product / project-related costs (materials, labour, overheads)  Supporting forecasting and financial planning  Highlighting risks and driving actions to protect margin  Working with stakeholders across the UK and internationally     What We''re Looking For:     Experience in manufacturing or engineering  Strong costing / variance analysis background  Experience supporting projects or programmes  Confident working with non-finance stakeholders  Strong Excel + ERP exposure (e.g. SAP)     Why This Role?
