The Role: Corporate Cost ControllerThe Client: Global Real Estate Investment firmThe Location: London City Centre (Hybrid Working)The Role:Accountable for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close process; monitoring that all cost-related journal entriesMaintain accurate records of employee compensation, including salary adjustments, promotions, terminations and incentive award poolsAnalyse and report monthly costs on a statutory and functional unit basis conducting variance analysis to identify cost driversManage key stakeholders including FPandA to provide commentary for monthly PandL cost reporting analysis, challenging any deviations of actuals to budget on PandL and balance sheet flux analysisLiaise with the Global Finance Team to resolve any financial accounting activities and questions on a timely basisThe Requirements:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) from Audit (Ideally Big 4)Post Qualified experience in Industry, ideally in Investment Management or Real EstateStrong knowledge of US GAAP and SOXExperience with PeopleSoft, OneStream and Trintech Cadency is a key advantage, knowledge of, PowerBI, Smartsheets is desirable.Strong Excel experienceWe are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
