KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with overseeing project costs throughout all phases of a project Prepare cost estimates by analysing proposals Create invoice documents and cost reports for both clients and internally for distribution Assist with reviewing contracts and purchase orders from clients to understand all aspects and dynamics affecting the project Assist with the confirmation, status and plan for job packages, hours and any other costs relating to the project Identify labour, material and time requirements and computing costs -Assist with Month End closing Contribute to the continuous improvement of the cost control function and provision of robust financial reporting.
