Duties Maintaining accurate project cost records and spreadsheets Supporting the Quantity Surveyor and wider commercial team Tracking labour, plant, materials and subcontractor costs Checking invoices, purchase orders and timesheets Assisting with cost reports, forecasts and reconciliations Monitoring project expenditure and identifying discrepancies Maintaining commercial documentation and project records Liaising with site and office-based teams Requirements Previous experience as a Cost Clerk, Commercial Administrator, AQS or Quantity Surveying Assistant Strong Excel and general IT skills Good numerical ability and excellent attention to detail Experience within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or rail would be advantageous Highly organised and able to work to deadlines Confident communicating with pr...
