Cost and Commercial Manager

Title: Cost and Commercial Manager Location: London - Heathrow Contract Type: Contract Working Format: Hybrid 3 days Onsite/Office and 2 days working from Home Introduction to role Damicor are working with the global market leaders in the design, manufacture, installation and service of automated material handling systems to recruit a Cost and Commercial Manager into their team on a contract basis. Working within the Project Execution Team, the Commercial Cost Manager will provide professional commercial, contractual and cost management services to support the delivery of complex automation system projects within dynamic, evolving and challenging airport environment. The role combines responsibility for both Cost Management and Commercial Management, with a heavy biased towards the day to day cost management of our projects, ensuring projects are commercially successful, and subject to robust financial planning, forecasting and control throughout the project lifecycle. Role Responsibilities This role would suit someone who is a strong team player with high attention to detail, with excellent working knowledge of NEC3 and 4 contracting methods; Self-driven and motivated, organised, and enjoys challenging situations to see a job through to conclusion.
