Are you an experienced Costing Analyst looking for an opportunity to make a real commercial impact within a manufacturing environment?We''re looking for a Costing Analyst to join our Finance team and work closely with the Finance Business Partner - Operations, providing accurate, timely and commercially meaningful cost insight across the business.This is a hands on role where your analysis will go beyond the numbers. You''ll play an important part in helping Finance and Operations understand product costs, manufacturing performance, stock valuation and cost movements - supporting better decisions around pricing, profitability, efficiency and inventory management.Key Responsibilities Create, maintain and continuously improve systems and processes used to calculate product costs in line with accepted Cost and Management Accounting principles, ensuring accuracy and integrity across manufactured, outsourced and purchased product standards. Work closely with Operational colleagues to ensure cost assumptions reflect current manufacturing methods, supplier pricing, operational efficiencies and product specifications. Support the annual standard cost roll-up process, including preparation, review, investigation of movements and communication of material cost changes to relevant stakeholders.
