As a key member of our Costs Team, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and supporting the overall efficiency of our office.More about the role Provide general administrative support to the Costs team, including data input and retrieval using internal systemsCarry out routine clerical tasks such as opening and closing cases, filing, photocopying, scanning and post handlingOrganise incoming and outgoing mail and DX, including sorting, packaging and distributionSupport with data entry on case management systems and spreadsheets, including new case set-ups and recording agreed costsAssist with file closure processes, billing and archivingProvide ad hoc support to the wider Costs team and cover for colleagues when requiredUndertake general office duties such as preparing bundles, managing deliveries, and supporting day-to-day team administrationMore about you You possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracyProactive and adaptable, you can work effectively under your own initiative and as part of a collaborative teamStrong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholdersComputer literate with good keyboard skills, you''re familiar with Microsoft Word and have experience with electronic case ..... full job details .....
