A highly respected insurance broker in North Leeds is seeking an experienced Commercial/Corporate Account Handler Team Leader to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of four Account Handlers while managing a portfolio of larger, corporate-led commercial insurance clients. You''ll join a business that values its people, offers genuine career progression, and provides the flexibility of hybrid working.The Role As Commercial Account Handler Team Leader, you will:Lead, coach and develop a team of four Commercial Account Handlers.Manage a portfolio of corporate commercial clients with premium incomes of up to £300,000.Act as a technical referral point, providing guidance and support to the team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer service and achieves service standards.Work closely with Account Executives and senior management to support client retention, growth and business development.Drive operational excellence through effective workload management, coaching and continuous improvement.About You To be successful in this role, you''ll have:Proven experience handling commercial insurance within an insurance brokerage.Previous leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience, or the ambition and capability to step into a team leadership role.Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance products.Excellent ..... full job details .....
