A leading international law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Tax Associate to join its highly regarded team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented tax lawyer looking to develop their career within a sophisticated and growing practice, working alongside experienced partners and advising an impressive range of UK and international clients.
The successful Corporate Tax Associate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A, reorganisations, corporate structuring, group reorganisations and tax aspects of corporate transactions.
You will work closely with colleagues across the wider corporate and commercial teams, providing commercially focused tax advice and playing an important role on significant and complex transactions.
The Candidate
The firm is looking for a Corporate Tax Solicitor with solid experience gained within a reputable private practice environment.
You will ideally have:
Experience in corporate tax, including transactional tax work.
Experience advising on M&A, reorganisations and corporate structuring.
Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to provide clear and commercially focused advice.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
A genuine interest in developing your career within a leading international practice.
The confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice areas.
Applications are welcomed from Associates with relevant corporate tax experience, with the level of PQE being less important than the quality and relevance of your experience.
