Working as part of a highly regarded national tax practice, you will advise on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions for an impressive client base spanning multinational corporations, private equity houses, financial institutions and owner-managed businesses. THE ROLE: • Advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions and joint ventures. • Providing strategic tax advice to UK and international clients across a wide range of sectors. • Working closely with colleagues in the Corporate, Banking, Real Estate and Employment teams on multidisciplinary matters. • Supporting clients on employee incentives, share schemes, VAT and stamp taxes, as well as wider corporate tax issues. • Building strong client relationships and playing an active role in business development initiatives.
