THE ROLE:

The role offers particularly strong exposure to the venture capital market, where you will advise on tax-efficient investments and the establishment of share incentive schemes.
You will play an active role across transactional matters, from document reviews, tax deeds and warranties through to HMRC applications for S/EIS relief and investor certificates. Its Corporate Tax team advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate tax issues and works closely with other practice areas and external advisers to provide a comprehensive service. The team has particular expertise in transactional tax, venture capital and share incentives, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients as trusted advisers.
