Client Details

Our client is a well respected, mid-tier accountancy firm based in the Heathrow area. They are investing heavily in their corporate tax department (due to the rapid growth of their corporate tax portfolio) and they need additional resource to service the increased workload.

Description

• Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Provide support to SM''s/Partners re advising clients on corporate tax matters, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Assist in managing client relationships, acting as a key contact for tax-related queries.
• Support the team in tax planning and advisory projects.
• Identify and resolve tax issues, offering practical solutions to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a seamless service to clients.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Senior should have:

• A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA).
• Experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

• A salary of -45,000 to -55,000 dependent on the level of experience.
