This is an advisory role, offering exposure to high-quality planning work across corporate and personal tax. The Role You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients, delivering commercially focused Tax advice and supporting on a range of planning projects.Manage and develop a portfolio of advisory clientsAdvise on Corporate Tax planning including restructures, reorganisations, demergers, MBOs, EOTs and due diligenceSupport clients through business acquisitions and disposals, advising on Tax implicationsProvide guidance on business structuring, incorporations and profit extraction strategiesContribute to personal and family wealth planning projects including CGT and IHT planningReview Corporate Tax computations and identify wider planning opportunitiesWork closely with Managers and Partners on complex advisory assignmentsAbout YouStrong Corporate Tax experience gained within practiceExposure to advisory workAbility to interpret legislation and communicate advice clearlyBenefits23 days holiday + ..... full job details .....
