Based in a modern, well-equipped office, they are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing Tax team.The RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to play a key leadership role within a highly regarded practice. The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading complex corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, whilst supporting the continued growth and development of the firm''s tax offering across Kent and the wider South East.You will work closely with Partners and senior leadership, acting as a trusted adviser to a broad portfolio of owner managed businesses, groups, and high-net-worth individuals. Advisory projects will include corporate restructuring, exit and succession planning, shareholder tax planning, transactions, and inheritance tax matters.This position will also involve managing and developing junior members of the tax team, supporting the strategic direction of the department, and identifying opportunities to further enhance client relationships and service offerings.
