They provide expert services to a diverse client base and are committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of their work Description Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters to a diverse portfolio of clients.Lead and manage tax compliance and advisory projects from start to completion.Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise client outcomes.Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations.Review Corporation Tax computations and returns prepared by team (assisted by Part Time Assistant CT Manager)Prepare more complex Corporation Tax computations and returnsReview/prepare tax reconciliations, tax account workings, deferred tax provisions for inclusion in statutory accountsReview quarterly instalment tax calculationsEmployee Related Securities submissions to HMRCLiaise with clients and HMRC on a daily basisMonitor workflow through department and liaise with Managers/Partners accordinglyReview WIP, raise fees accordingly on a monthly basisWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs.Supervise and mentor junior ..... full job details .....
