We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Partner to join our expanding team in Portsmouth. You will need to possess extensive technical tax knowledge and be able to provide strategic commercial advice to clients on tax planning and risk management. You will also play a key role in winning new work, managing client relationships, leading projects, and contributing to the growth of our corporate tax advisory service. The Role Act as the primary corporate tax advisor for key clients, working closely with lead Partners to deliver tailored tax solutions. Provide specialist advice on corporate restructuring, MandA transactions, cross-border taxation, and complex compliance matters. Lead the delivery of tax advisory projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to deliver practical and innovative solutions to complex client issues. Stay informed on changes in tax legislation and regulatory requirements, sharing relevant updates with clients and internal teams.
