We''re recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a growing Tax team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of corporate tax but also wants client ownership, people management and career progression. You''ll work with a varied portfolio ranging from owner-managed businesses through to large corporate groups, with exposure to compliance, advisory work, RandD, capital allowances and corporate transactions. What will you be doing? You''ll take responsibility for managing corporate tax compliance services and a portfolio of key clients, ensuring work is delivered accurately and to deadline. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients Reviewing and overseeing corporate tax compliance assignments Managing deadlines and ensuring high-quality delivery Providing technical guidance and advice to clients Delegating work and supervising assignments Coaching, supporting and developing junior team members Supporting staff appraisals and wider people matters Monitoring fees and WIP Contributing to business development, marketing and resource planning Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation ..... full job details .....
