An ambitious and growing accountancy and advisory firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its expanding team in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced Tax Partners whilst advising an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed businesses through to multinational groups with revenues exceeding £200m. The firm combines the agility and collaborative culture of a mid-sized practice with the reach of a truly international network, providing exposure to complex tax matters that are often associated with much larger firms. The Opportunity Joining a growing Corporate Tax team, you will work across a broad mix of compliance and advisory assignments, with the advisory element expected to increase as the team continues to expand. You will be involved in: Managing a varied portfolio of UK and international clients Reviewing corporation tax returns and tax computations Delivering corporate tax advisory projects Advising on international tax planning and structuring Supporting cross-border transactions and reorganisations Assisting with due diligence exercises Working on Pillar Two and other complex technical projects Building and developing strong client relationships Supporting and mentoring junior team members ..... full job details .....
