Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Responsibilities

Direct work on varied portfolios of clients through a team of supervisors, seniors and traineesManage client relationshipsPlan client work with technical competency in mind, ensuring that team members are appropriately matched to clients and that team members are provided with the right level of experience to aid their progressionAssist the heads of department in the firm in putting in place departmental strategies, new initiatives and sharing technical knowledge with supervisors, seniors and traineesTake an active role in the overall development and progression of the team, yourself and BKLQualifications

Tax qualified via academic qualification (CTA/ATT) or experience. However, we are open to different backgrounds.Experienced in working in a tax department.Able to communicate clearly with commercial skills, building a mutual understanding with clients about how BKL can support with their tax affairs and other related mattersAble to prioritise tasks with resources in mindAble to support the team by applying strong interpersonal skills and intuitionForward-thinking and adaptableAbout BKL
