Job Title: Corporate Tax ManagerLocation: City of Birmingham - hybrid working model availableSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits package! As a Corporate Tax Manager, you''ll gain extensive exposure across various areas of Corporate Tax Compliance while working closely with their audit team and mentoring junior tax professionals. The important working that you will be doing:Manage the corporate tax compliance process for a portfolio of OMB and/or large corporate clientsLiaise with the audit team to manage deadlines and provide tax provisions for statutory accountsAct as the primary point of contact for clients while managing junior team members to deliver work on timeProvide training, feedback, and development support to junior tax advisorsDirect line management responsibility for some junior team membersHandle correspondence with HMRC and liaise with representatives as neededWork with senior tax team members to identify additional opportunities (e.g., RandD, transfer pricing)Support the advisory team on an ad-hoc basisThe Individual: ACA or CTA qualifiedMinimum 4 years'' experience in Corporate TaxExperience working with owner-managed businesses and/or large corporatesStrong Excel skillsWhat''s in it for you?A working environment that ..... full job details .....
