Corporate Tax Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager to join an independent chartered accountancy practice in Brighton, East Sussex. Our client is a relatively small but progressive and fast growing accountancy firm based on the outskirts of Brighton. They are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing tax team.This role involves delivering specialist tax advisory services and compliance support, complementing their audit, accounting, and advisory services. You''ll work with a diverse client base, including SME business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and Finance Directors of domestic and international companies and provide services including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shares, EIS and SEIS advice and RandD relief. Their clients come from a range of industries including gaming, technology and creative sectors, providing a varied and challenging spectrum of work. About you: ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified Good knowledge of and experience in corporate tax advice, either gained in a specialist tax role, or as part of a general practice role with a desire to specialise Energetic, enthusiastic and keen provide top levels of client service What''s on offer?
