Corporate Tax Manager

My client is a well-established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Central London, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality tax and advisory services.They are now seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing specialist tax team on a full-time, permanent basis.The RoleReporting to the Corporate Tax Partner, you will play a key role in managing a varied corporate tax portfolio and delivering both compliance and advisory services.Key responsibilities:• Reviewing corporate and LLP tax returns• Managing corporate tax compliance for large and complex groups• Preparing and reviewing complex returns (CIR, transfer pricing, PEs, non-resident landlords)• Advising on UK withholding tax issues• Managing RandD tax credit claims• Undertaking tax due diligence projects• Managing quarterly instalment payments• Liaising with HMRC on tax enquiries• Building and managing client relationships• Identifying tax planning opportunities• Supporting business development activity• Managing WIP, billing, and budgets• Mentoring and supporting junior team membersRequirements• CTA qualified (essential)• Strong corporate tax experience within practice• Confident across compliance and advisory• Excellent client-facing and communication skillsHybrid working (3 days in the office), 25 days holiday+ bank, and office closure over Christmas.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment ..... full job details .....
