Corporate Tax Manager

My client, a Top 100 accountancy firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to lead and develop their Corporate Tax compliance and advisory team. This senior role involves managing a portfolio of clients (typically £50m-£100m turnover), delivering complex corporate tax advice, and driving team performance and efficiency.Responsibilities• Manage and develop a high-performing corporate tax team.• Oversee corporate tax compliance and complex advisory projects.• Act as technical lead across areas including capital allowances, CIR, losses, transfer pricing, share schemes, VAT, RandD reliefs, and MandA.• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.• Drive operational efficiency, workflow management, and adoption of technology.• Support business development and wider firm initiatives.Skills and Experience• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.• Strong experience in corporate tax within a practice environment.• Strong compliance review, advisory, and client-facing experience.• Proven team leadership and staff development skills.• Excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and communication skills.• Experience in a Top 50 accountancy practice preferred.Flexible working available.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.Please Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
