We are seeking a talented manager to join our growing, award-winning corporate tax team.The role suits an ambitious manager with experience advising on a wide range of matters, from complex tax compliance to bespoke advisory projects. Experience may include MandA transactions, complex real estate transactions, or OMB advisory. The role is primarily advisory-focused but includes managing a portfolio of complex compliance clients.Responsibilities include:Providing tax advisory services to new and existing clientsOffering tax structuring, due diligence, and restructuring adviceConducting detailed technical researchHandling ad-hoc technical queriesDelivering high-quality compliance and reporting servicesServing as the first contact for clientsRecruiting, supervising, and training junior staffParticipating in business development and proposalsAdhering to risk proceduresExperience with clients across various sectors is desirable but not essential.The ideal candidate would be ACA and/or CTA qualified with post-qualification experience.Skills and experience
