Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Corporate Tax Associate Director to join our Private Equity team in Birmingham. In this role, you will work with private equity-backed businesses, supporting them from investment through exit. We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.Responsibilities

Advising clients on tax issues, managing compliance and advisory projectsSupporting Directors and Partners by managing and developing a team of tax specialistsParticipating in client meetings and providing clear, high-quality tax adviceDeveloping junior team members and supporting their career growthProviding proactive and reactive solutions to tax issues, including exit readiness and cross-sellingLeading on pitches and proposals to grow the businessCandidate Profile

Minimum requirements include a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing private equity-backed portfolios. Preferred skills include experience with PE-backed businesses, supervision in a tax environment, and business development skills.
