Corporate Tax Associate (at least 2 years PQE) – London, UK. This role is on behalf of Pure Search.About the role

The Corporate Tax Associate will sit within the corporate tax group and work closely with Partners and Associates across a wide range of practice areas. The team advises clients in diverse sectors, including technology, life sciences, real estate investment and development (including REITs), and private capital-backed organisations such as private equity houses and family offices. This role provides exposure to various specialties, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in corporate, real estate, finance, IP, IT, and private client practices. Your work will focus on areas such as MandA, private equity structuring, cross-border transactions, inward investment, real estate tax structuring, and both domestic and international tax advisory matters. Whether it\''s contributing to major transactions or advising on niche structuring, you\''ll play an integral role in delivering high-quality client solutions. A UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with strong academics and technical expertise.At least 2 years of PQE in transactional UK corporate tax.Exceptional client management, communication, and organisational skills.Responsibilities and expectations
