We''re looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join a forward-thinking Big 4 firm. The Role: Working as a key member of the team to provide corporate tax advice to a broad range of clients helping them to achieve their commercial objectives. Being one of the main points of contact on a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters (both compliance and advisory) and working with Senior Managers and Managers on our larger client accountsUndertaking tax advisory projects, including providing UK corporation tax advice based on experience, researching technical topics, working with other areas of UK tax and our overseas members firms to incorporate their input into our advice.Ensuring our clients are kept up to date with emerging corporate and wider tax developments impacting their business.The delivery of UK corporation tax compliance servicesSupervising the work of junior members of staff and providing coaching to support their development.Assisting our Managers and Senior Managers with client account management, including complying with appropriate quality and risk management procedures and financial managementSupport the leadership with business development opportunities.Skills:Corporate Tax experience.ACA/ACCA/CTA/ ATT qualified or working ..... full job details .....
