This is a varied mixed advisory and compliance position, offering exposure to a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and corporate groups.You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality compliance work while also supporting a range of advisory assignments such as restructures, transactions, share schemes, and wider corporate tax planning projects.Key responsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of corporate tax clientsPreparing and reviewing business tax computations and returnsDrafting tax clearances, technical reports, and supporting documentationConducting technical research across a variety of corporate tax mattersSupporting advisory work including restructures, MandA, and share schemesPreparing client review files and working papersWorking closely with clients on ongoing tax planning and advisory mattersCollaborating with wider teams to deliver joined-up tax solutionsAbout youCTA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or recently qualified)Experience within professional services in corporate or mixed taxStrong understanding of corporate tax complianceExposure to advisory work desirable, or a clear interest in developing in this areaStrong technical, analytical, and communication skillsAble to manage a varied workload and client portfolioProactive, ..... full job details .....
