Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, ranging from owner managed businesses to larger corporate groups, reviewing computations and returns, advising on corporation tax planning, and playing a key role in developing and mentoring junior members of the team. What is the day-to-day of the role: Manage and review corporation tax computations and returns for a portfolio of clients Provide proactive corporate tax advice and planning to clients Support the delivery of ad hoc projects, including reorganisations and transactions Supervise, coach and develop junior team members Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified (or part qualified with relevant experience) ..... full job details .....
