Corporate Tax and Treasury Team Leader

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Tax andamp; Treasury Manager to lead corporation tax compliance and oversee key treasury activities within a complex organisation. This is a pivotal role combining technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead corporation tax compliance, including returns, CbCR and BEPS requirementsCoordinate the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) process and ensure robust controlsManage HMRC enquiries, audits, and maintain strong regulatory relationshipsAct as a subject matter expert, providing clear tax guidance across the businessIdentify and manage tax risks, ensuring effective mitigation actionsSupport statutory and regulatory reporting, including year-end processesOversee treasury activity, including cashflow monitoring and liquidity managementDrive process improvements and support wider finance and system initiativesLead, coach and develop a small team to deliver a high-quality serviceAbout YouStrong corporation tax experience within a large or complex environmentProfessionally qualified (eg CIOT, ATT, ACCA) or equivalent experienceConfident communicator, able to simplify complex tax mattersExperience leading or mentoring othersStrong analytical, organisational and Excel skillsExperience working with financial or tax systemsDesirableExposure to other direct taxes or treasury activitiesExperience with cashflow forecasting and liquidity managementKnowledge of AlphataxGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien andamp; SRG - ..... full job details .....
