• M&A structuring and due diligence
• Corporate restructuring and demergers
• CFC legislation and international planning
• Thin capitalisation and interest restriction rules
• Employee ownership trusts and share schemes
• High-net-worth individual and estate planning
• Business and agricultural property relief strategies

• ATT or CTA qualified with solid post-qualification experience
• Proven corporate tax advisory background (Big 4, national practice, or boutique)
• Strong technical knowledge across UK corporate and/or personal tax
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Commercial mindset
