The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad portfolio of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and other corporate legal services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for corporate law to utilise their expertise in a supportive environment, contributing to high-quality legal advice and client engagement. You will be expected to manage multiple projects, provide strategic guidance, and maintain excellent client relationships to support the firm''s continued growth and success.
