Taking ownership of transactions and working alongside a Partner on more complex deals.Advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.Drafting and negotiating commercial contractsManaging client relationships and delivering exceptional client serviceQualifications
