Corporate Solicitor

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Leeds team within a global law firm. You will work on a broad range of high value corporate transactions, with a strong focus on MandA and opportunities to gain international and cross border exposure. Description The Corporate Solicitor will be: Advising public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters Working on mergers and acquisitions from initial instruction through to completion Advising on acquisitions, disposals and investments Supporting private equity transactions and strategic investments Advising on equity capital markets transactions where appropriate Working on corporate reorganisations and other strategic projects Managing transactions and coordinating input from internal teams and external advisers Building strong relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their commercial objectives Working collaboratively with colleagues across the UK and international offices Profile The Corporate Solicitor should be: A solicitor with around 2 to 8 years PQE Experienced in a broad range of corporate transactions, particularly MandA ..... full job details .....
