Rather than being confined to one niche, you''ll advise across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, giving you the variety and responsibility needed to continue developing as a trusted adviser. Your work will include:Mergers and acquisitions.Share and asset sales and purchases.Management buyouts.Corporate finance transactions.Shareholder and partnership agreements.Joint ventures.Agency, distribution and franchise agreements.Company formations and restructures.Commercial contracts and terms of business.Advising clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.To be considered, you''ll ideally have:Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Corporate, Corporate and Commercial or Company Commercial law.Experience handling ..... full job details .....
