Corporate Solicitor

Overview

You will work closely with the partners in the Corporate and Commercial department, providing legal and transactional support across a broad range of matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience in high-quality work, with strong supervision and mentoring.We are looking for someone who is:Recently qualified or with up to 5 year’s post-qualification experienceDemonstrably interested in corporate and commercial law with prior relevant training seat(s)Commercially minded, practical and solutions-orientedA strong communicator with excellent written and drafting skillsHas excellent attention to detailKeen to learn, proactive, and willing to take responsibilityWillingness to be involved in business development activitiesCollaborative, professional, and client-focusedBase pay range
