THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Partner or senior Corporate Solicitor to take on a key leadership position as Regional Head of Corporate, based in Stoke or the surrounding Staffordshire area.
This is an opportunity to join a firm with ambitious plans for growth and take a leading role in developing its corporate offering across Stoke, Staffordshire and the wider region.
The successful candidate will be an established Corporate practitioner with a strong reputation in the market, an existing client following and, importantly, the ability and appetite to business develop and win new work.
You will have the freedom and platform to develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, grow the corporate team and play a significant role in shaping the firm's regional strategy.
TEAM MOVES CONSIDERED

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will:
Be a Corporate Partner, Legal Director or senior Corporate Solicitor with a strong regional profile.
Have substantial experience across a broad range of corporate transactions.
Have an established following and demonstrable track record of generating work.
Be commercially minded with excellent business development and networking skills.
Have strong relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and professional contacts across Stoke, Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.
Have the ambition to develop and grow a corporate team.
Be confident taking a leadership role and contributing to the firm's wider strategic growth.
Be entrepreneurial, personable and committed to developing long-term client relationships.
