Overview

Leading firm are looking for a corporate solicitor with between 2 and 5 Years\'' PQE to join their corporate team. You can be based from the Glasgow or Edinburgh office.Responsibilities

Handle complex and high-value mandates in MandA, private equity and corporate structuring, with wide sectoral exposure across financial services, insurance, technology and RandD, food and drink.Provide client secondment opportunities and support flexible working arrangements.Work with Scottish, UK-wide and local counsel mandates for Magic Circle firms etc in London and abroad.Why this firm
