Corporate Solicitor (2-5 years'')An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented corporate solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing team in Glasgow.This is a broad and varied role offering exposure to a range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including MandA, investments, private equity and joint ventures. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on complex, high-value matters, including work with an international dimension, while developing strong client relationships and your wider commercial skill set.The RoleYou will have the opportunity to:Work on a broad range of corporate transactions, from MandA and investments through to joint ventures and private equity mattersAdvise a diverse client base on complex and high-value transactionsWork closely with senior lawyers and take increasing responsibility for your own mattersDevelop strong, long-term client relationshipsSupport business development and marketing initiativesContribute to the development of more junior team members, including traineesBenefit from ongoing training, development and access to legal technologyAbout YouBe a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years'' PQEHave gained solid corporate experience within a UK-based teamHave strong drafting and analytical skillsBe commercially minded and able to provide practical, solutions-focused adviceDemonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe ambitious, proactive and keen to develop their career within a leading corporate ..... full job details .....
