You''ll work on high-quality MandA and corporate transactions, advising an impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to larger corporates. The team handles transactions typically ranging from £2m to £30m+. The Role You''ll advise on: Mergers, acquisitions and disposals Corporate restructures and shareholder matters General corporate advisory work Strategic and high-value transactions You''ll manage your own matters, work closely with experienced Partners and have the opportunity to develop client relationships and business development skills. About You 3-7 years'' PQE in Corporate Law Strong MandA and general corporate experience Commercial and solutions-focused approach Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills Confident managing your own caseload Keen to develop technically and build client relationships Why Apply?
