The Role You''ll advise SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and growth companies across a varied corporate caseload, including: MandA, acquisitions and disposals Share and business sales Corporate restructuring and governance Shareholder and investment agreements Commercial contracts Strategic business advisory Client relationship management Supporting junior lawyers and team development You''ll also have the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of the Corporate team.
