Corporate Solicitor (Associate) - Swindon A respected Legal 500 firm is continuing to invest in its Corporate team and is looking to appoint a talented Corporate Associate Solicitor to support their impressive client base. This is an excellent opportunity to advise a diverse range of businesses, from innovative start-ups through to established national companies, across sectors including technology, IT and life sciences. What you''ll be doing Advising on mergers, acquisitions and business disposals Supporting private equity transactions, investments and management buyouts Drafting and negotiating shareholder, partnership and investment agreements Advising on corporate governance and joint venture arrangements Assisting with restructures, reorganisations and wider strategic projects Running your own matters while working alongside experienced partners on complex, high-value transactions What we''re looking for Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQE in corporate law Strong experience handling corporate transactions, particularly MandA Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills Enthusiastic about networking, business development and becoming part of the local business community What''s on offer?
