Senior Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate/Partner) Brighton Full-time A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked law firm in Brighton is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its growing and ambitious Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role handling a high-quality and varied caseload, including MandA, business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, private equity transactions, and corporate finance work.
