Your responsibilities will include: Advising on the tax structuring of corporate transactions and reorganisations Supporting business sales, acquisitions and investment projects Advising on LBTT, SDLT, VAT and other transaction-related tax issues Assisting with employee share schemes and employment tax matters Drafting and reviewing tax-related documentation Supporting clients across a variety of sectors and industries Contributing to client training, seminars and legal updates ..... full job details .....
