The Corporate Commercial team has a strong presence acting for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, investors and established national and international organisations that are known for handling sophisticated transactional and advisory work while maintaining a supportive and down-to-earth culture.You will work closely with senior lawyers on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, governance matters and commercial contracts.
