Working closely with business owners, corporates, and entrepreneurs, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through a broad range of complex company and corporate law matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors, handling high-quality matters including shareholders'' agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, founder exits, investments from early-stage funding through to private equity, group reorganisations, governance matters and partnership agreements.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from NQ and qualified solicitors with up to 2 years'' PQE who can demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Corporate law.
