This role is for a Corporate Solicitor based in West Yorkshire, offering a permanent contract with a salary between £40,000 and £65,000 per annum. The position is with a respected specialist law firm seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years’ PQE. You will manage a varied caseload covering corporate transactions, negotiations, and governance, delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. Close collaboration with the commercial property and litigation teams is required to ensure seamless client support. This is a full-time working pattern. Key skills include strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

OVERVIEW:
