THE ROLE: A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its thriving Corporate and Commercial team. Known for its strong client relationships and pragmatic approach, the team regularly competes with and outperforms national firms on quality, service, and client satisfaction. The team advises a broad mix of clients from owner-managed businesses to large corporates and is particularly well known for its expertise in MandA transactions and corporate restructurings. You will:

- Lead or support on MandA transactions, share and asset sales, restructures, and shareholder arrangements
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters
- Take a hands-on role in managing client relationships and coordinating deal teams
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate legal documents
- Be involved in business development and nurturing of referral networks

THE CANDIDATE:

- Qualified solicitor with 8+ years experience in corporate law
- Solid experience in MandA and corporate transactional work
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a client-focused, solutions-driven approach
- A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- Interest in business development and building professional networks
